RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Before making a purchase, we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have. We are here to provide you with detailed information about the item, including confirmation of color, leather details, or any additional information you may need beyond what is already provided.

As a responsible and sustainable fashion brand, we have a strict return policy. We kindly ask you to consider the environmental impact and shop with honesty, avoiding the practice of purchasing items with the intention of returning them. This wasteful practice ultimately drives up the cost of products, as we need to cover the associated business expenses.

Please note that while we strive to present accurate representations of our leather colors on our website, leather being a natural material may exhibit variations in color and texture, making each item unique. The color may slightly differ from the picture displayed on your computer screen, so we recommend making your selection carefully. Natural variations, marks, or veins in NUANCA leather should not be considered imperfections but rather natural features.

If you have purchased an item at full price, we require notification of your intention to return the item within 72 hours of delivery. The item must then be received at the provided warehouse address within 14 days from the first delivery attempt to qualify for a refund. Returns received after 14 days will be sent back to the sender. Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipments.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:​​

  • The item still has all the original swing tags.

  • The item has not been worn, used, tampered with, or damaged.

  • The original packaging is in perfect condition, and the gift box is undamaged.

You will need to cover the cost of shipping the items back to our warehouse to receive a refund (excluding the original shipping cost). Please ensure that you provide a tracking number for the return shipment for traceability purposes.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised items.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit. Please obtain tracking information for your return and appropriately insure your package.

NUANCA is unable to refund any duties and taxes paid. You can pursue a refund of duties with your local tax agency.

Returns will only be accepted if agreed upon by NUANCA. If the terms are agreed to, only the cost of the item (not the actual shipping cost) will be refunded. Return shipping costs to France and taxes are to be paid by the customer.

NUANCA reserves the right to reject any return requests that do not comply with the above conditions. If your return is approved but upon review, your package is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense, and a refund or store credit will not be granted.

For accepted returns, a refund to the original payment method or store credit will be applied. Please allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of the goods and approval of the return at our warehouse for the refund or store credit to be processed.
