The Customer can place an order by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and following the order process. Returns and Refunds: The Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to return them to Nuanca and request a refund. The returned products must be in their original condition and accompanied by the duly completed return form. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights relating to the products, content, and the Site remain the property of Nuanca. Any unauthorized reproduction, dissemination, or use is strictly prohibited. Liability: Nuanca is committed to providing quality products that comply with the description on the Site.
